This privacy policy governs your use of our application (the "App") for mobile devices and online browser. The app is a loyalty and rewards program for our customers.

What information does the App obtain and how is it used?

User Provided Information
The App obtains the information you provide when you download and register the App. Registration with us is mandatory in order to identify our customers and execute the rewards program. When you register with us and use the Application, you generally provide your name, email address, age, user name, password and other registration information.

We may also use the information you provided us to contact your from time to time to provide you with important information, required notices and marketing promotions.

Information Collected
The types of Personal Information collected may include but is not limited to the user's name, email address, mailing address, phone number, birthday, and other user information relating to our Services. Additional information such as the user's transaction location, transaction details, purchase activity, device information, location information, and browser information may also be collected.

The information collected shall be used but not limited to

Name - for identifying and personalising the communications
Email - for communication with you for marketing and account matter
Date of birth - for sending of the birthday rewards and gifts

We DO NOT sell or share any personal information about a user to or with any person or organisation except:

as authorized by the user to transfer information in the user's digital application form, or other information provided by the user, to the Merchant for the purposes of the user joining or participating in any Merchant Programs;
as authorized by the user to transfer to the Merchant the user's first name and last name for the downloading of any voucher, or scanning any QR code at the Merchant's tablet/mobile device for the purposes of receiving a voucher;
to Merchants or third parties with whom we have entered into a business relationship in order to or in connection with providing various products or services to the user (either directly or through one or more third parties);
as may be required by applicable law or regulatory requirement;

as otherwise set out in our Terms and Conditions.

Do third parties see and/or have access to information obtained by the App?
Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to help us improve the App and our service. We will share your information with third parties only in the ways that are described in this privacy statement.

We may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:

as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process;
when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;
with our trusted services providers who work on our behalf, do not have an independent use of the information we disclose to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this privacy statement.

Delete Personal Data

The consent that you provide for the collection, use and disclosure of your personal data will remain valid until such time it is being withdrawn by you in writing or is permitted or required under applicable laws. You may withdraw consent and request us to delete or remove your personal data by submitting your request via the app.

Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. We will notify you of any changes to our Privacy Policy by posting the new Privacy Policy here and informing you via email or text message. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.

By using the App, you are consenting to our processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by us. "Processing," means using cookies on a computer/hand held device or using or touching information in any way, including, but not limited to, collecting, storing, deleting, using, combining and disclosing information, all of which activities will take place in the Singapore. If you reside outside the Singapore your information will be transferred, processed and stored there under Singapore privacy standards.
